Bu layihə kvadrat kosmik çərçivədir / hündürlüyü 16 metr / ümumi uzunluğu 30 metr / ümumi span 18 metr

1. Polad kosmik çərçivənin quraşdırılması aşağı struktur oxunun və gömülü lövhənin qəbulundan sonra həyata keçirilməlidir.Aşağı dayaq üçün tələblər bunlardır: bitişik dayaqlar arasındakı hündürlük fərqi (məsafə L2): eyni hündürlükdə L2/800 və 10 mm-dən kiçik dəyər Ən yüksək və ən aşağı dayaq arasında hündürlük fərqi: 20 mm;

2. Şəbəkənin gücünə və struktur xüsusiyyətlərinə və sahədəki faktiki tikinti şərtlərinə görə polad kosmik çərçivənin quraşdırılması prosesini müəyyən etmək;

3. Polad kosmik çərçivə quraşdırıldıqdan sonra onu yoxlamaq lazımdır:

a.Yan uzunluğunun şaquli və üfüqi sapmasının icazə verilən dəyəri uzunluğun 1/2000 hissəsidir və 30 mm-dən çox olmamalıdır;

b.Mərkəzi ofsetin icazə verilən dəyəri polad kosmik çərçivənin 1/3000-i olmalıdır və 30 mm-dən çox olmamalıdır;

c.Periferiya tərəfindən dəstəklənən mesh çərçivə üçün icazə verilən hündürlüyü kənara bitişik dəstəyin 1/400 hissəsidir və 15 mm-dən çox olmamalıdır, maksimum və minimum isə 30 mm-dən çox olmamalıdır;bir neçə nöqtə ilə dəstəklənən mesh çərçivə üçün icazə verilən hündürlükdən kənarlaşma bitişik dəstəyin 1/800 hissəsidir və 30 mm-dən çox olmamalıdır;

d.Spesifikasiyalara və dizayn tələblərinə uyğun olaraq şəbəkənin əyilməsini aşkar edin.Tikintidən sonra polad kosmik çərçivənin əyilməsi dizayn hesablama dəyərinin 115% -dən çox olmamalıdır.(Şəbəkə çərçivəsinin maksimum əyilmə dəyəri L/250)

4. Yerli olaraq qaynaq topları varsa, qaynaq topunun və çubuğun qaynaqlanması üçün yivli qaynaq istifadə olunur və qaynaq tikişinin dərəcəsi ikinci dərəcəlidən aşağı olmamalıdır.

5. Polad kosmik çərçivənin quraşdırılması başa çatdıqdan sonra, kosmik çərçivənin birləşmələrinin və çubuqlarının səthi təmiz, çapıq və kirdən təmizlənməlidir.Bolt top birləşmələrinin birləşmələri və artıq delikləri yağla doldurulmalı və möhürlənməlidir.

6. Şəbəkənin istifadəsi zamanı hər 4-5 ildən bir korroziyaya qarşı kompleks qulluq aparılmalıdır.

The allowable value of center offset should be 1/3000 of the span of the grid, and should not be greater than 30mm; c. For the mesh frame supported by the periphery, the allowable height deviation is 1/400 of the adjacent support, and should not be greater than 15mm, and the maximum and minimum should not be greater than 30mm; for the mesh frame supported by multiple points, the allowable height deviation is 1/800 of the adjacent support, and should not be greater than 30mm; d. Detect the deflection of the grid according to the specifications and design requirements. After construction, the deflection of the grid frame shall not be greater than 115% of the design calculation value. (Maximum deflection value of grid frame L/250) 4. If there are welding balls locally, groove welding is used for welding the welding ball and the rod, and the welding seam grade should not be lower than the second grade. 5. After the installation of the grid frame is completed, the surface of the joints and rods should be clean and free of scars and dirt. The joints and excess holes of the bolt ball joints should be filled and sealed with grease. 6. During the use of the grid, comprehensive anti-corrosion maintenance should be carried out every 4 to 5 years.
